The inside of the tongs is serrated for a better grip on food, while raised grips on the outside keep them stable in your hand, even with gloves on. These 11.75” curved tip tongs are bent at a 40° angle so it’s easier to see exact placement. Use them to place berries on top of a decadent dessert, to precisely lay thin slices of beet or another vegetable to form a pattern, or to gently place ingredients on top of a design you made with a plating wedge.
